We use world’s best international shipping service DHL Express. We provide worldwide free shipping on all orders except in few conditions if your area is under remote area we will collect extra shipping charges of remote area then shipped your parcel. If you are not willing to pay extra charges you can give us address of your any friend or family member who’s area is not remote then we will shipped item to that address and you will collect your parcel from them. If you don’t know about your area is in remote or not so don’t worry about it you can contact us and tell us your address we will tell you if it is remote or not. Because of the expensive cost of shipping in some countries like Turkey, Russia, Australia, Brazil etc shipping charges may apply.

Before bidding please check your country laws as some countries custom don’t allow this. If your purchase is held by Custom Authorities in your Country/State we will not be responsible for that and no refund will be issued. It is possible that you may be subject to import duties, custom charges or taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for the payment of any such import costs. We has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount and will not cover them. By purchasing from our site you accept responsibility for covering any taxes and duties you may be charged.

About Return/Exchange:

We offer return and exchange within 7 days after receiving your item. You can apply for return/exchange only in this situation, If your ordered item is defective or damaged (we will not responsible for any custom order or custom changes no refund will be issued of customized orders) then you can return/exchange your ordered product within 7 days after receiving and we will take further actions according to the situation.

If you want to exchange item you can send back the received item which will must be in unworn/unused and original condition with all tags attached. After receiving item we will send back new one and all return shipping charges will be paid by buyer. Same as if you want to return the item same conditions will be applied and after receiving item we will refund you only the price of the product, shipping charges will not refundable in any condition even if we offered a free shipping. If your returning/exchanging request will not fulfill the above mentioned points then no refund will be issued.
